Our pathway to better golf toolbox provides a series of 30 mental skills tips that will help both professional and amateur golfers of all standards to perform better. The more of these tips you encompass the greater the chances that your new-found tools will significantly contribute to your performance and scores. There are tips for you to use off the course, in practice and in preparation. There are tips for you to use during your round to combat stresses, anxiety, anger and to improve your overall mental strength and techniques. Dip in and out or play the entire course at your leisure, revealing as many tips as you like each time.
