1BID develops online training modules and sells these through its e-shop. The modules are delivered using an online web-based delivery system. 1BID also develops associated products such as e-publications. Any module or product advertised on this website are collectively referred to as ‘Product’ which may be one or more products advertised.
Purchasers (‘Purchaser’) of the Product will pay for the Product in advance and have fair and reasonable access to the Product for a period of time defined at the time of purchase.
We take data protection and privacy seriously and aim to protect Purchasers personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. See our Privacy notice for further details.
1BID owns all legal right, title and interest in and to any Product, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Product (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist).
1BID gives the Purchaser a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive licence to use the product provided to the Purchaser by 1BID. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling the Purchaser to use and enjoy the benefit of the Product as provided by 1BID, in the manner permitted by the Terms.
The Purchaser may not provide access to the Product to any other person nor transfer user rights to any other individual or organization.
Purchasers of the Product have no right to use any of 1BID’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
A Purchaser shall not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) which may be affixed to or contained within the Product.
A Purchaser may not use any trade mark, service mark, trade name, logo of any company or organisation in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorised Participant of such marks, names or logos.
The software which the Purchaser uses may automatically update from time to time from Brookwood or its suppliers. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. The Purchaser agrees to use such updates (and permit 1BID to deliver these to the Purchaser) as part of Purchaser’s use of the Services.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the Purchaser is correctly informed about a product and its content, it cannot guarantee that it is fit for that Purchaser’s purpose and accepts no liability for its content.
A Purchaser may request a refund of payment in the event that the Product does not meet the Purchaser’s expectations or in the event that they are reasonably unable to gain access to the Product. Any such claim should be made within 14 days of receiving registration instructions and the notice should be sent by email to info@1bid-global.com with a read receipt activated. The Purchaser shall not have completed an entire module before judging that the Product is un-satisfactory. Purchaser’s access to the Product will be terminated on receipt of such notice.
The Purchaser uses any Product at their own risk and 1BID cannot accept any liability for losses or damages resulting from the use of its Products.
