Right to withdrawal
A Purchaser may request a refund of payment in the event that the Product does not meet the Purchaser’s expectations or in the event that they are reasonably unable to gain access to the Product. Any such claim should be made within 14 days of receiving registration instructions and the notice should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a read receipt activated. The Purchaser shall not have completed an entire module before judging that the Product is un-satisfactory. Purchaser’s access to the Product will be terminated on receipt of such notice.
The Purchaser uses any Product at their own risk and 1BID cannot accept any liability for losses or damages resulting from the use of its Products.
Any written notice shall be addressed to 1BID Ltd, 5 Studley Court Mews, Chobham, Surrey, GU24 8EB, UK.
